Braveheart resists rape, crawls back home with disfigured face

How long woman continue to be rape victim in India? This is a million dollar question and none of the political party made this a point in their manifesto except AAP..  In words...We (mostly political or politically motivated people) call bharat as Mata and if someone does not say that we call him traitor.. But in action... when someone rape mothers, sisters then we keep silent.. There are lot of lawmakers who have severe rape cases against them and still enjoying all the VIP treatments..

How long will this continue.. who has action item here.. Who is responsible for this rape culture?? Just the rapist or we all?
